We used recycled broken concrete and a modular block retaining system to create magical hidden pathways throughout this stunning four acre property. The natural beauty of the landscape inspired Campion Walker to design an extensive garden using dozens of found boulders from the property to dramatically anchor the house to the gardens. This dense, semi-evergreen shrub ranges in height, depending on the amount of animal grazing and available moisture. The hairy, silver-gray leaves are narrow and wedge-shaped, with 3 to 5 teeth at the tip. The new growth is most attractive, so for a more refined look, prune out old stems periodically.
